Quite often, when people hit their 40s and 50s they get struck by the dreaded “midlife angst”, which might be characterized by a general sense of malaise, thoughts of unfulfilled dreams, and lots of nagging questions about what might have been. It can be a very tough, existential slog. But does it have to be this way? My guest today, Sara Smeaton, would emphatically say no! In fact, Sara calls this period of life the Power Years.
Sara helps people thrive in midlife. She is a certified coach, writer, workshop and group leader, and creator of the interview series Power Profiles: Redefining Midlife. She’s also one of the most creative and affirmative people I know so is a perfect guest for My 3 Pics.
Sara lives in Toronto with her husband and two teenage kids and works virtually with clients worldwide. She is the founder of www.sarasmeaton.com and has been featured on CTV Your Morning, CBC Fresh Air Radio, and CBC.ca.
As always, the three images Sara and I will be discussing are shown below so you can refer to those when listening to the podcast and hear why Sara chose her 3 pics.
The best way to connect with Sara is through her website, on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
